Welcome

Welcome to your Orientation Course Journey!

It is our aim to provide a safe and secure environment for the children and youth that attend our programs.

This training provides an opportunity for each volunteer to be better equipped and provide proof that we have taken every step possible to prevent abuse and misconduct.

As a result, we will have a developed team of volunteers to engage, encourage, and equip our children and youth.

Your support in this endeavor is most appreciated, and we thank you for both taking the time to complete this process and your willingness to serve in our children and youth ministries and programs.

Brief Introduction

We are thrilled to have you join our team. Volunteers like you play a vital role in this ministry so we are extremely thankful that you felt called to serve our young people.

God has given you unique gifts and passions that allow you to reach students in a special way. We hope to help you find a role in this ministry where you find fulfillment in using your gifts to lead students closer to Jesus and each other.

In this course, you'll dive into topics that are critical for anyone in Children and Youth Ministry. Whether you are brand new to children's ministry or have been in ministry for years, this course is designed to help you focus, gain new skills, and increase the effectiveness of your ministry.

Each section includes content to be completed. When you have completed the section you can click the button at the bottom of the page to continue.

Some sections have multiple pages and each page will need to be completed before moving to the next section.

Note: Don't worry about the quizzes! They are not graded or recorded. It is just another tool to help solidify what you are learning.

We're praying for you as you begin this journey!
