We are pleased and thankful for you joining us to complete this orientation. This is a critical step in starting or continuing your journey as a volunteer with WCMBC. This orientation can be completed in under an hour and will cover the essential topics we want our volunteers to be familiar with. They are broken down into three sections:

1. Discover: In this section, you will learn more about WCMBC, the Children and Youth Ministry, and the expectations of volunteers.
2. Develop: In this section, you will increase your knowledge of best practices...
3. Disciple: In this section, you will receive more insights on how to work with children and youth to help them dream big, delight in God's Word, and become disciples for a lifetime.

Completing this orientation will give you details on policies, procedures, expectations, and safety information we currently have in place. Please familiarize yourself with the information in this orientation, as it is very important that we enforce all safety policies and procedures.

This orientation is required for all volunteers and is highly encouraged for all who engage in ministry as a part of the Watts Chapel family.
