Minister Richard Harris is passionate about helping young people develop through ministry, education, and sports. Min. Harris was raised in Mitchellville, MD. He is a Howard University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. He holds a Christian Ministry Diploma, Youth Ministry Award, and Spiritual Fitness Award from Christian Leaders Institute.

Minister Harris is a teacher at Leesville Road Middle School where he was selected as the 2021-2022 Teacher of the Year and Semi-Finalist for Wake County Public School System Teacher of the Year. He has taught in schools as a Physical Education and Business Education teacher. He has experience working with Major League Baseball's Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) program through DC RBI. He has also coordinated camps, clinics, and workshops for athletes, parents, and coaches. He is the author of Your Best Season Ever, Get Ready 365 for Baseball Players, Own Your Career Development, and Helping Youth Develop.
